There seemed to be nobody in charge and we were passed between people to attempt to resolve the issue. After intentionally spilling his beer, the staff laughed and scoffed “you have to wait another hour before ordering another beer.” Management was NOT helpful in any way with dealing with this situation. We offered to take a breathalyzer to prove we were not intoxicated by any means and the management staff laughed at us and said it was not necessary. The bar staff was visibly and audibly laughing, and intentionally spilled a beer at the table he was playing at- as a paying patron at this establishment.
